Service Design professional with 12+ years experience in Digital Marketing and Operations, managing products, tools, technologies, websites, and SEO and SMM strategies, with a focus on international markets. Before the full time Service Design role, completed special projects using Design Thinking methods and processes, beginning with the first project in 2015.

Took a career break from August 2016 – February 2017 in order to travel through Africa, Greece and Middle East, volunteering and learning. Continued traveling for 3 years as a Digital Nomad, while working remotely.

Graduated 2022, summa cum laude, with a BFA in Service Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
